Engineering Site Planning Computer Modeling

Highland Plaza

An existing industrial building was remodeled and expanded to create a mixed use shopping center/storage center of 95,000 sf. located adjacent to a wetland buffer equal to over half the lot size. To achieve the approvals, special zoning was created for new lots to contain each building on separate properties with individual advanced treatment (Living Filter) sewage disposal systems. The architecture was developed on a Korean temple theme adapted to town colonial architectural constraints.

Services included Architecture, Engineering, Site Planning, Utility Designs (Sewer) plus presentations before Town Agencies. Architecture design was praised as a creative alternative to typical commercial architecture.
