Dunham Pond CondominiumsA 64 unit Adult Living Project of 2400sf/unit, the project required innovative designs to achieve a loop road to access individual garages and house sites. The site was constrained by the steep slopes, septic areas and wetland buffers, all mitigated to achieve a site with extensive views and individual character.
Services included Architecture, Engineering, Site Planning, Utility Designs (water & Sewer) plus presentations before Town Agencies. Architecture award was granted from innovative site and architectural design overcoming lot constraints. |
