Gotham Farm

The project consisted of the construction of a 50,000 sf. with 200’ clear span cherry beams spanning the arena with internal offices and a single family residence located with views of the arena. The concept included extensive code waivers and structural design to permit the above uses with appropriate fire wall designs.

Services included Architecture, Engineering, Site Designs, Utility Designs and construction supervision. Architectural work included the NYS Code waivers to permit the mixed use.
