Development of 62 units Age Restricted Complex on difficult sloped site with several existing buildings included code changes, variance and complex utility design due to steep slopes and wetland buffers. Presentation included computer generated visual tour of the site from the proposed roadway.

Services included Architecture, Engineering, Site Planning, Utility Designs (water & Sewer) plus presentations before Town and State Agencies.
