Wilton Colonial

The project began with a standard colonial and through inclusion of high-light elements, garage, roof dormers and redesign of the interior, culminated in a transformation into a statement residence located in Wilton, Ct. with 7 bedrooms. The spaces were expanded and remodeled into an open floor plan, with ultra-modern interior elements, expanding into an open pool area, with Barn structures.

Services included Architecture, Engineering, Site Planning, Utility Designs (Sewer) plus presentations before Town Agencies. The project was constructed through the Construction Management services.
