Plaza South
Centered between steep slopes and wetlands above an aquifer, the 68,000 sf. shopping center was designed to provide a commercial center with a colonial flair buffered by extensive plantings and island landscaping. A central sewage system was designed to treat waste on-site. The extensive site work resulted in a cut/fill program which met the aquifer constraints on a balanced site.
Services included Architecture, Engineering, Site Planning, Utility Designs (water & Sewer) plus presentations before Town Agencies. Architecture design was praised for intricate architectural details on a commercial scale. |
