Beekman Shopping CenterThe design of an integrated Retail and Residential Complex which represents the next generation of shopping center design. The mixed use design retains the retail spaces below with apartments above, creating a dynamic commercial project for the current economy. The design included pedestrian pathways, parking layouts and architectural facades necessary to create a Town Center environment.
Services included Architecture, Engineering, Site Designs, Utility Designs necessary for on-site infrastructure. The project is before the Town Planning Board for approvals. |
